OUR STORY

Born and brought up in Kenya, Ross Samuels and Victoria Day-Wilson grew up having mud fights in the Masai Mara. Ross went on to work in the film and safari industry and Victoria became a journalist and photographer.

Ross grew up surrounded by wildlife in different parks around Kenya. His early childhood inspired a life-long fascination and passion for wildlife which he went on to apply to high-end safaris in Tanzania and Kenya over the last 20 years. He has worked with international film crews as a wildlife specialist and behavioural expert on award-winning wildlife blue chip productions such as Great National Parks (narrated by Barack Obama), Great Migrations and Wild Babies to name a few.

Victoria's passion for wildlife and nature photography started as a child exploring Kenya on safari with her family. She went on to work as a journalist initially in Kenya for leading national and international media. Her insatiable curiosity led her to explore other parts of the world including Central America and the Middle East where she worked as a photographer, writer and marketer. Having experienced several interesting adventures and broadened her horizons, Victoria couldn't resist the draw of coming back home to Kenya where she met up with Ross again and has worked with him as a photographer, researcher, writer and marketer.

Ross and Victoria became good friends with Sandy Gascoigne, a seasoned and intrepid traveller who caught the Kenya bug! Sandy first moved to Kenya 16 years ago and returns frequently. Based out of California, she is our US-based representative.

They have since joined forces to share their love for Kenya with others. Guiding our visitors around this beautiful country is always such an adventure! Getting to know new people and making friends is equally interesting and rewarding. Ross, Victoria, Sandy and their team will go out of their way to make your trip unforgettable!
